Earn Entries
Receive one (1) giveaway entry for every $5.00 spent on merchandise.
Entries are calculated using your merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping, and other applicable fees, and are rounded down to the nearest whole entry.
Examples:
$25.00 order = 5 entries
$52.99 order = 10 entries
$100.00 order = 20 entries
There is no limit to the number of entries you can earn during the promotion.
Your giveaway entries are automatically tracked—there's nothing extra you need to do after placing an order.
Winner Selection
When the giveaway ends, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) is available. See the Official Rules below for complete instructions.
Eligibility
Open to eligible legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence). Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Minnesota, and where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on July 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 7, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
Residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Minnesota are not eligible to enter or win.
Employees, officers, directors, members, and immediate family members of Diesel Creek LLC, together with persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
Participants represent that participation in this Giveaway is lawful in their jurisdiction and agree to hold Diesel Creek LLC harmless for any claim arising from their participation if prohibited by the laws of their place of residence.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter.
Purchase Entry
During the Promotion Period, receive one (1) entry for every Five Dollars ($5.00 USD) spent on merchandise purchased from Diesel Creek.
Entries are calculated using the merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping, discounts, gift cards, and other applicable fees, and are rounded down to the nearest whole entry.
Examples
- $25.00 purchase = 5 entries
- $52.99 purchase = 10 entries
- $100.00 purchase = 20 entries
There is no limit to the number of purchase entries you may receive.
Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your:
- Full legal name
- Residential mailing address (no P.O. Boxes)
- City, State & ZIP Code
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Date of Birth
on a plain 3" × 5" card and mail it in a standard business envelope with first-class postage to:

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person during the Promotion Period.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 7, 2026, and received no later than September 14, 2026.
Each valid mail-in entry receives one (1) entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) Limited Edition 1776 Snap-on Toolbox
- Bolt and Nut Tool Kits
- One (1) $500 Bolt and Nut Gift Card
- One (1) $500 Diesel Creek Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $24,500.00
At the winner's sole election, the entire prize package may instead be exchanged for $15,000 USD. No partial substitutions will be permitted.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Diesel Creek LLC's decisions regarding the Giveaway, including winner selection and interpretation of these Official Rules, are final and binding.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided with their entry.
The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days or Diesel Creek LLC may select an alternate winner.
The winner must complete any documents reasonably required to verify eligibility and comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses associated with accepting the prize.
If required by law, Diesel Creek LLC may request the winner's Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes.
Cash prizes will be paid by company check.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Diesel Creek LLC may use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photographs, and videos for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
The winner also agrees to provide a photograph of themselves with the prize if reasonably requested.
10. General Conditions
By participating, each entrant:
- Agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
- Agrees that all decisions of Diesel Creek LLC are final.
- Agrees not to interfere with the operation of the Giveaway.
- Agrees that fraudulent or automated entries may be disqualified.
- Acknowledges having read and accepted these Official Rules before entering.
Diesel Creek LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if events beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Diesel Creek LLC is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, Pennsylvania, and each participant consents to the jurisdiction of that court. (This adopts your attorney's proposed forum-selection clause.)
