Was my Order Successful?
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Customer service hours?
We're here to help! Please allow up to 48 hours for someone on our customer service team to get back to you about any questions or concerns. Any emails sent after business hours will be responded to during the next business day. If it's sent after hours on a Friday, it will be responded to on the following Monday.

How Long Does it Take to Process an Order?
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. (excluding weekends and holidays) We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

What about Shipping?
We ship using USPS for both domestic and international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from our shipping facility in Sturgis, SD, you will get it faster than if you live in Hawaii.

The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

Please consider that choosing to ship items via Priority mail as this will offer some protection if the post office loses or damages your package or something happens to it in transit.  We are not responsible for damages or issues that occur after items have be handed over to USPS for delivery.

*Shipping Address: Please double and triple check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If it's not, please contact us as soon as possible at dcmerch@tomsts.com. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, we will be more than happy to resend it, however, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for re-shipment. 

Lost Or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package is "delivered" but you did not receive it, please get in touch with your local post office with any questions regarding next steps or to file a claim. We also suggest checking with your neighbors as well.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

How Do I check the Status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within a couple of weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dcmerch@tomsts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges or returns at this time.  We are a small, independent business so All Sales Are Final.

There is no returns or exchanges.  Each item is inspected and shipped we try very hard not to ship items with any defects. If we make a mistake processing your order WE'LL OWN IT! and We will correct it ASAP!

What if something is wrong with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, please contact customer service within 2 weeks of your delivery date and include your name and order number so we can sort everything out and take care of you!
